There are lots of programs out there that provide workplaces with the tools they need to help themselves and coworkers through mental health crises while also teaching them to be proactive about taking care of their mental health. Regardless of which one [Company] decides to go with, mental health training is integral to creating and nurturing an inclusive workplace and promotes a culture of wellbeing among employees.
