The performance of our company affects all of us, and we believe that implementing a monthly leadership-led, company-wide reporting structure will benefit both staff and management.
Along with allowing management to communicate with [Company] staff, these reports would also allow for employees to have transparent and open communication with leadership. From discussing pain points to discussing excellent performance, these reports can help everyone at [Company] see how they’re doing in the eyes of their coworkers.
